Our heated/cooled indoor space for up to 50 people is available year-round.
In summer and early fall the outdoor patio and lawn expands our capacity up to 100.
Our beautiful location with mountain views is ideal for playing on the lawn, resting on the patio, and entertaining in the gazebo, or relaxing by the fireplace.
Complete with indoor kitchen, and outdoor pizza oven, 40″ griddle and wood fire pit.

- Catering Room – provides a private area for chefs/caterers to prepare the meal complete with (1) full refrigerator, stainless steel 8’ prep table, composting removal, deep sink and counter-space, along with ample lighting. Located conveniently alongside from the main dining area.
- Eric Tobin Gallery – The Carriage House has an array of paintings for your viewing pleasure from nationally acclaimed landscape artist Eric Tobin. Eric’s art is offered throughout the space emitting a warm contrast of Vermont landscapes in colorful depictions of modern day settings.
- The Pavilion with Hearthstone’s Ultimate Outdoor Patio – expand your horizon of this spectacular setting with views of Mount Mansfield and Smugglers’ Notch Resort from this expansion patio. The Pavilion is an open bay door design with extended patio that can accommodate dancing, dining, or leisure style settings. The covered Pavilion also allows the events to keep flowing even if the weather turns inclement.
- Outdoor lawn and Gazebo play – well manicured landscaping has brought together the best area for lawn games, music in the meadow, relaxation, and stories told around the in-ground fire-pit. Enjoy the grounds during the day or into the evening with entertainment that blends the unique breathtaking surroundings into a memorable event.
- Parking and Access – On property you’ll have parking available for up to 60 vehicles with easy turn-around and well appointed lighting. If you need anything from your vehicle it will be footsteps away from the event center.
